Is Gary the gaffer?

Speculation remains rife among the Edgar Street faithful regarding the role of Director of Football Gary Peters in Hereford’s recent revival. With Hereford picking up points in the games following his arrival, many fans now suspect that manager Jamie Pitman’s influence has been marginalised by the former Shrewsbury Town manager’s arrival.

Indeed, local newspaper, the Hereford Times, has fuelled speculation with a recent feature in which Peters is repeatedly described as the boss – with Pitman not afforded a mention.
