  So Roque Santa Cruz has retuned to Rovers , signing on loan until the end of the season. On the surface this looks a very shrewd move by Rovers, presumably we’ll be paying a hefty percentage of his hefty wages, but after selling him for £17 million just 18 months ago the deal is surely a good one for the club.
